Job Title / Designation: ASSISTANT PROFESSOR/PROFESSOR – MANAGEMENT STUDIES (International Business)
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Faculty / Assistant Professor to join our dynamic Management School. You will play a key role in shaping the future generation of Management professionals by delivering engaging and challenging courses that bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Curriculum Development and Delivery:
- Develop and deliver a range of high-quality International Business courses, including but not limited to: International Marketing, Global Business Strategy, Cross-Cultural Management, Export-Import Management, International Finance, and International Human Resource Management.
- Design and implement innovative teaching methods that effectively engage students and foster critical thinking.
- Create comprehensive syllabi, course materials, and assessments that align with program objectives and industry standards.
Student Guidance and Mentoring:
- Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them develop their professional goals and navigate academic challenges.
- Mentor students in research projects, internships, and capstone experiences.
Faculty Development and Leadership:
- Participate in faculty development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on current trends in International Business.
- Contribute to department and university-wide committees and initiatives.
- Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to a positive and collaborative departmental culture.
Research and Publication:
- Conduct research in areas related to International Business and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Supervise and mentor graduate students in their research endeavours.
- Engage in scholarly activities, such as attending conferences, presenting papers, and reviewing manuscripts.
Industry Engagement and Collaboration:
Collaborate with industry partners to develop relevant curriculum and provide students with real-world experiences.
Serve as a liaison between the academic institution and the business community.
Qualifications:
- Masters or PhD in International Business or a related field
- Proven experience in teaching International Business courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
- Strong research record with publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum/ Work Experience Required: 7-10 years
Annual CTC: Not a Constraint for right person

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Masters in Business Administration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Any Other Skillset:
- Experience in curriculum development and program administration.
- Demonstrated experience teaching courses within the areas covered by the Bachelor's and Masters degree programs.
- Experience mentoring students in cloud architecture projects or industry internships.
