Job Title / Designation: Faculty – VFX Faculty
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate VFX Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in rotoscope, paint, compositing, camera tracking & match-move, motion graphics, and Dynamics along with a deep understanding of industry-standard tools (Including Nuke, 3D Equalizer, Silhouette, DMP, After Effects, Photoshop & Maya) and techniques used in Visual Effects & Animation. They will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, helping them to develop their artistic skills and prepare for careers in the Visual Effects & Animation industry.
Proficiency in industry-standard rotoscope, paint, compositing, camera tracking & match-move, DMP, motion graphics, and Dynamics.
Specific Skill Set:
● Knowledge of particle effects, fluid dynamics, and other physical simulations.
● Skills in combining multiple visual elements from different sources to create a final image.
● Good understanding of colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
● Expertise in software such as Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, Nuke, 3D Equaizer, Photoshop & Silhouette.
● Experience in designing course content that aligns with industry standards and educational goals.
● Skill in designing and supervising practical projects that allow students to apply their knowledge.
● Willingness to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum based on feedback and advancements in the field.
● Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students and contribute to the growth of the VFX & Animation program.
● Participate in student recruitment efforts, advising prospective students on the benefits of pursuing a career in VFX and the opportunities available in the field.
Minimum/ Work Experience Required: 5-7 years

Minimum Education Requirements: Master's degree in Digital Art, Computer Graphics, Animation, or a related field
